ThermoFlex Plus heat transfer vinyl from Specialty Materials offers a true matte finish, is soft to the touch, and is offered in more colors than any other HTV on the market. The pressure-sensitive carrier sheet is sticky so it is recommended for cutting and weeding small lettering and details. ThermoFlex Plus is also CPSIA compliant so it's safe to use on children's clothing.
We offer ThermoFlex Plus 15" wide heat transfer vinyl rolls in several popular lengths for convenience and savings. We machine rewind the HTV rolls down from 50-yard master rolls into smaller 5-yard, 10-yard and 25-yard rolls. The rolls are rewound with precision so they are easy to handle and work with.
ThermoFlex Plus 15" Wide Roll Specifications:
- Actual roll width: 15"
- Thickness is 4 mils/100 microns.
- Matte finish (flat)
- Adheres to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen, and wool.
- Application with a heat press is recommended.
- CPSIA compliant
- Layerable but note that the Columbia Blue can only be a top layer.
- Very durable, will outlast most t-shirts.
- Please note that all vinyl rolls that we offer may contain a random roll splice.
