ThermoFlex Plus heat transfer vinyl from Specialty Materials is preferred by many professional apparel decorators. It features a true matte finish, a soft feel, and the super-bright fluorescent neon colors really pop on a black t-shirt. Put them under a blacklight and see them appear to glow!
The backing sheet of ThermoFlex Plus is sticky which benefits the user by offering an easy-to-cut, easy-to-weed, and easy-to apply product. The tacky carrier sheet is also good for cutting small letters and details by preventing them from falling off during the cutting and weeding steps.

- Actual width is 20"
- By-The-Foot are short, continuous rolls where you determine the length.
- Thickness is 4 mils/100 microns
- Finish is matte (flat)
- CPSIA compliant so it is safe for children's clothing.
- Adheres to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen, and wool.
- Application with a heat press is recommended.
- Layerable as a top layer only. Neon colors cannot be a base layer.
- Durable, when applied properly will outlast the t-shirt.
Color Choices: The colors samples provided here may not be exact representations of the vinyl colors. Various factors such as monitor resolution, color settings and display type can all effect how the colors are viewed on the internet.
