We offer ThermoFlex Plus heat transfer vinyl by-the-foot in super-bright neon colors. Ordering by-the-foot in the 15" width is the perfect solution when only a small amount of vinyl is needed but a sheet is not enough. No need to buy a 5-yard roll when only a few feet are needed to get the job done. Order just what you need!
ThermoFlex Plus is one of our most popular HTVs because of its true matte finish and soft feel. It also has a sticky backing sheet which makes it a great choice for small letters and details. The tacky carrier sheet also makes it easy to cut, weed away the waste, and apply with a heat press.
ThermoFlex Plus Neon colors are the brightest offered by Specialty Materials. The fluorescent colors come to life on a black or dark t-shirt and they will really appear to glow under a blacklight.

- Actual vinyl width is 15".
- By-The-Foot are short continuous rolls where you decide the length.
- Thickness is 4 mils/100 microns
- Finish is matte (flat)
- Applies to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen, and wool.
- Heat press application recommended.
- CPSIA compliant so it's safe for children's clothing.
- Layerable as a top layer only. Neons cannot be a base layer.
- Durable, it will outlast most t-shirts when applied properly.
Color Choices: The colors samples provided here may not be exact representations of the vinyl colors. Various factors such as monitor resolution, color settings and display type can all effect how the colors are viewed on the internet.
