As part of the popular ThermoFlex Plus line of HTV, Metal Flake carries on the tradition. The pressure sensitive carrier sheet is tacky which makes it easy to cut, weed, and apply. The sticky backing sheet also makes it a good choice for small letters and details as they won't fall off.
Durability is another great characteristic of ThermoFlex Plus Metal Flake HTV. When applied properly, the graphic will outlast the t-shirt in most cases.
ThermoFlex Plus Metal Flake 12" x 20" Sheet Specifications:
- Sheet size is 12" x 20" with an allowable variance of +/- .25" on either dimension.
- Thickness is 5 mils/125 microns
- Vinyl is embedded with metal flakes
- Soft to the touch and thinner than standard glitters
- Adheres to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen, and wool.
- Application with a heat press is recommended.
- CPSIA certified so it is safe for children's apparel.
- Top layerable only. Metal Flake colors cannot be a base layer.
- Durable, when applied properly will outlast the t-shirt.
Color Choices: The colors samples provided here may not be exact representations of the vinyl colors. Various factors such as monitor resolution, color settings and display type can all effect how the colors are viewed on the internet.
