ThermoFlex Plus is a heat transfer vinyl from Specialty Materials that is used for decorating t-shirts and apparel. We offer ThermoFlex Plus by-the-foot in the 15" width for small projects. No need to commit to a 5-yard roll for a small job that only requires a few feet.
ThermoFlex Plus HTV is offered in over 90 colors which is the widest selection available on the market. It also has a matte, or flat, finish along with a soft feel that many decorators prefer. It features a sticky, pressure-sensitive, carrier that makes cutting and weeding small letters and details a breeze. Durability is another great characteristic of ThermoFlex Plus. When applied properly, it will outlast the life of the t-shirt that it is applied to.
ThermoFlex Plus 15" By-The-Foot Specifications:
- Roll width: 15"
- By-The-Foot is a short continuous roll and you determine the length
- Thickness is 4 mils (4/1000")
- Matte finish (flat)
- Applies to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen and wool
- Application with a heat press is recommended
- CPSIA compliant so it is safe for children's apparel
- Layerable but note that the Columbia Blue can only be a top layer.
- All colors have a sticky carrier except for the Frosty Clear.
